Caffe Vita Anyone?
Blue Onion Bistro is known for the 'Best Chicken Fried Steak in Seattle'. They also have great coffee. I'm guessing it's from Caffe Vita based upon the subliminal advertising here. I always enjoy pouring the cream into the coffee and watching the colors swirling into this large, colorful and comforting mug.

The name Blue Onion brings back memories.
My Dad used to fix a Blue Cheese milkshake with extra garlic for breakfast.
Actually, he only fixed it once. But he talked about it as if he had one every morning.
So, this Blue Onion thing combined with espresso sort of reminds me of a Blue Cheese milkshake with crushed garlic.
Now that's creative breakfast engineering... Maybe we'll hit up the bistro when you guys come to Seattle next to see if they can make you one for old time's sake. :-)
