Roof Access?
At my current client-site, men have to take their business onto the roof.
It surprised me on my first day here that there's a half-door in the men's restroom leading to the roof. No one else seems to notice...

I'm reminded of the movie, "Being John Malkovich".
Great movie! In this case, the roof entrance leads inside the head of Bill Gates.
